How this website handles your personal information.

What the contact form collects
If you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, the type of enquiry and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. The form emails these details to us; this website does not store them in its database.
Protection against spam
The form includes a hidden field, a timing check and a limit on how many messages can be sent from one connection in a short period. For the limit, a short-lived anonymised (hashed) identifier is used and then expires automatically.
Cookies and third parties
- This theme sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics, advertising or third-party fonts.
- The map on the contact page loads only if you choose to load it. It is provided by OpenStreetMap, which will receive your connection details when you do.
- Links to our online shop and other sites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
- WordPress and any plugins you or the site owner add may set their own cookies, for example for logged-in users.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise your rights, contact us using the details above.
